I had a wonderful experience at Bare Dermatology with Dr. Kimberly Billet. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dr. Billet took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her knowledge, patience, and caring attitude truly stood out. I appreciated how thorough she was and how she made sure all of my questions were answered. The office was clean, organized, and had a very calming atmosphere. The front staff is very nice and I never have to wait long for my appointments. I had my very first derm appointment ever today & it was a great experience. I don’t come from $ & just recently started having health insurance & focusing on my health. I am new & learning about my life & journey in the medical field & needs as far as taking care of myself as needed. I am proud to say that Heather McFadden was very professional & patient with me. I am grateful for her wisdom & experience. She was able to meet all my expectations even when I was feeling overwhelmed. Her assistant Clarissa was amazing as well! I’ve now seen Val twice for Botox and both experiences have been excellent. In the past I’ve struggled with asymmetry after treatments, which made me a little nervous going in, but Val was incredibly attentive and precise. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to address them, and the results have been beautifully balanced and natural each time!! On top of that, she is just so kind and friendly and immediately makes you feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. Dr. Kimberly Werner Billet is amazing. We originally sought her help in treating my son’s unexplained alopecia but she has also helped with his preteen acne issues. These are both hard things for a young teenager to deal with and she has communicated with great compassion and care. She offered some new treatments for his alopecia that we hadn’t tried or heard of before and he is seeing great improvement. His hair has begun to grow back and skin looks great. We are so happy that she is at Bare and appreciate her knowledge and expertise! Today was my first visit to establish care with Dr Fiore. I was completely impressed with her entire team, not to mention the beautiful facilities & welcoming environment. Looking forward to my continued relationship at Bare Dermatology. I also must send a special commendation to Alissa at the checkout station. As I walked toward her to schedule my followup appointment, I noticed she was dealing with a gentleman who was making it a bit difficult to find an appointment that suited his needs. She remained kind and patient with him the entire time, offered him many options, and explained why they could or couldn't do certain things. She finally offered him an option that he was almost ok with, but had to check with his doctor to see if he could be accommodated. She promised to call him back with an answer later today. And I'm sure she did! It was so refreshing to see this young lady not lose her cool at all. Bravo Alissa! ~ Patricia R

Dr. Fiore at Bare Dermatology in Frisco provided an excellent experience for me as a patient. Dr. Kim at Bare Dermatology in Frisco is hands down the best dermatologist I’ve ever worked with. With my fair hair and years of fun in the southern sun, keeping an eye on precancerous cells is a must—and Dr. Kim does it with exceptional care and precision. She’s thorough, kind, and never makes you feel rushed. On top of that, she has a true artist’s touch with Botox—just the right amount in just the right places. This office deserves a raise!! Denys, Kim T, raised the bar when it comes to customer service. I love the fact nothing is sugar coated and is explained to me in a way I can understand. Dev, Hali and Dr Fiare were kind, thorough, wasn't irritated by me asking questions so I can get a better understanding of my body ,health and what's happening. To Sum it up,women of color don't get the best treatment or heard. These women not only helped me but made me feel comfortable in a unfamiliar situation. Give them a raise,buy them chick fil-a ,Texas Roadhouse etc for the year and much more!! Just know they are Angels💛🩵 ~ Brittany J

My husband needed to see a dermatologist and I was having a difficult time getting an appointment that wasn’t six months out. Luckily, I found Dr. Novie Sroa at Bare Dermatology in Frisco. I was able to schedule an appointment the same week. Dr. Sroa was very thorough in her examination, took her time and explained everything. She was also very gentle taking biopsies. I know she could sense my husband’s nervousness but she put him at ease almost immediately. The employees are all very friendly, the office atmosphere is relaxing and the Dr. Sroa is a kind, caring doctor. If I could give a 10 Star rating, I would. ~ Leigh A

My first visit to Bare Dermatology was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, from the receptionist to the nurse and especially Dr. Nancy Lee. She took the time to thoroughly explain my skin condition, discuss my treatment options, and recommend the best path forward. I left feeling informed, confident, and excited to begin treatment. Dr. Farburg and his staff were wonderful. Great experience. I have psoriatic arthritis along with my psoriasis and we discussed getting the best option to treat me as a whole. It’s great to see that approach. I also need to give kudos on their online check in system. It was so user friendly. I mentioned it to the lady physically checking me in for the appointment she mentioned that she setup the system for the office. So great job Izzy. Dr. Billet is very thorough in explaining the process of how she is going to treat my issues. She has resolved my past issues & now working with another one I am having. Dr Billet is the only dermatologist that actually has listened to my concerns and resolves them. She has great bedside manners. Her staff is friendly and accommodating in getting me scheduled in. Dr. Billet is an amazing doctor!!!!!! If you are looking for a dermatologist, she's your doctor. I had a long-standing skin issue that persisted despite trying many ointments. Dr. Sroa — I would truly call her an angel — provided an immediate solution that is expected to cure it within a couple of days, so I’m eager to see the results. Although there can be some waiting time, it’s absolutely worth it, as doctors are not flights that arrive on a strict schedule — this is a profession of service. I’ve noticed some negative comments about the wait, but I believe it’s far better to wait here than spend the same time at Costcos, Walmarts, or gas stations. ~ krishna k

From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and welcomed. The receptionist was super professional and obviously lived her job... made me feel so appreciated and at ease as this was my first visit to a dermatologist. The lounge (i call the waiting area that because of the beautiful decor) was amazing. The young lady who lead me back to the exam room was equally amazing. I am someone that has many doctors and many appointments weekly. As I awoke for another appointment I dreaded going to this one. However once I arrived I was put to ease by the atmosphere and kindness of the staff. I barely sat down before being called back. Once in the room a quick but advanced exam of my concerns and plan of action. The PA was amazing thoughtful and kind as well as skilled. Couldn’t ask for a nicer staff and physician! I arrived at the office smiling and ready for my visit only to discover that I’d arrived at the wrong location. The staff and provider worked a miracle and were able to fit me into their busy schedule as a new patient. I was evaluated and treated in such a caring and professional manner and I look forward to the amazing results that I’ll be able to report at my follow up visit. With exception to the front desk receptionist who seemed a bit curt, the experience was pleasant. Jesse was my nurse and she was friendly, professional and enjoyable as we talked quite a bit about life, and family. Dr. Farberg was personable, and made me feel at ease. He had 2 shadows with him that observed the multiple procedures to remove the skin cancer. Never felt uncomfortable. The office, located off Panther and North Texas Tollway was a bit out of the way, but was new and comfortable. ~ David W

I went to Bare Dermatology in Frisco for Mohs surgery in July, 2026. The communication from Bare prior to my appointment really eased my slight anxiety. The doctor was fantastic and the process was so easy. But it was the office staff that really made everything comfortable. They know their business and kept the mood light and friendly. I love this practice! Denys and Mikayla greeted us warmly and checked us in right away. They are so sweet, welcoming and helpful! Juan was our nurse, he is so professional, polite and warm. Our appointment started on time, the exam rooms are very clean. Dr. DeFiore was absolutely lovely, so professional, answered all of our questions and we will definitely be seeing her again.
