I first met Dr. Kim at her previous practice, and she made such a positive impression on me that when I heard she moved to Bare Dermatology, I followed her without hesitation. She’s the kind of doctor who immediately makes you feel at ease. She listens, takes time to explain things in a way that makes sense, and genuinely cares about her patients. I never feel rushed, and I always leave with full confidence in her advice and care. The new Bare Dermatology office is beautiful, super clean, and the staff is just as friendly and professional as you’d hope. But honestly, the real reason I keep coming back is Dr. Kim. she’s outstanding and I’m so grateful to have her back as my dermatologist. ~ Richa T

Dr. Kimberly Werner Billet is amazing. We originally sought her help in treating my son’s unexplained alopecia but she has also helped with his preteen acne issues. These are both hard things for a young teenager to deal with and she has communicated with great compassion and care. She offered some new treatments for his alopecia that we hadn’t tried or heard of before and he is seeing great improvement. His hair has begun to grow back and skin looks great. We are so happy that she is at Bare and appreciate her knowledge and expertise! I had such a great first experience at this dermatology office. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Nancy Lee was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of my questions were answered without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel both heard and confident in your care, and Dr. Lee did exactly that. Dr. Kim at Bare Dermatology in Frisco is hands down the best dermatologist I’ve ever worked with. With my fair hair and years of fun in the southern sun, keeping an eye on precancerous cells is a must—and Dr. Kim does it with exceptional care and precision. She’s thorough, kind, and never makes you feel rushed. On top of that, she has a true artist’s touch with Botox—just the right amount in just the right places. Thanks to her, my skin looks healthy, natural, and refreshed (not frozen!). I’m so grateful to have found her and wouldn’t trust my skin to anyone else. I am loving her new home at Bare Dermotology! This office deserves a raise!! Denys, Kim T, raised the bar when it comes to customer service. I love the fact nothing is sugar coated and is explained to me in a way I can understand. Dev, Hali and Dr Fiare were kind, thorough, wasn't irritated by me asking questions so I can get a better understanding of my body ,health and what's happening. To Sum it up,women of color don't get the best treatment or heard. These women not only helped me but made me feel comfortable in a unfamiliar situation. Give them a raise,buy them chick fil-a ,Texas Roadhouse etc for the year and much more!! Just know they are Angels💛🩵 ~ Brittany J

My husband needed to see a dermatologist and I was having a difficult time getting an appointment that wasn’t six months out. Luckily, I found Dr. Novie Sroa at Bare Dermatology in Frisco. I was able to schedule an appointment the same week. Dr. Sroa was very thorough in her examination, took her time and explained everything. She was also very gentle taking biopsies. I know she could sense my husband’s nervousness but she put him at ease almost immediately. The employees are all very friendly, the office atmosphere is relaxing and the Dr. Sroa is a kind, caring doctor. If I could give a 10 Star rating, I would. ~ Leigh A

Dr. Billet is very thorough in explaining the process of how she is going to treat my issues. She has resolved my past issues & now working with another one I am having. Dr Billet is the only dermatologist that actually has listened to my concerns and resolves them. She has great bedside manners. Her staff is friendly and accommodating in getting me scheduled in. Dr. Billet is an amazing doctor!!!!!! If you are looking for a dermatologist, she's your doctor. Just love her :) She is also my kid's dermatologist as well; my husband is going to be next to see her!! Keep up the good work :) ~ L C

I had a long-standing skin issue that persisted despite trying many ointments. Dr. Sroa — I would truly call her an angel — provided an immediate solution that is expected to cure it within a couple of days, so I’m eager to see the results. Although there can be some waiting time, it’s absolutely worth it, as doctors are not flights that arrive on a strict schedule — this is a profession of service. I’ve noticed some negative comments about the wait, but I believe it’s far better to wait here than spend the same time at Costcos, Walmarts, or gas stations. ~ krishna k

With exception to the front desk receptionist who seemed a bit curt, the experience was pleasant. Jesse was my nurse and she was friendly, professional and enjoyable as we talked quite a bit about life, and family. Dr. Farberg was personable, and made me feel at ease. He had 2 shadows with him that observed the multiple procedures to remove the skin cancer. Never felt uncomfortable. The office, located off Panther and North Texas Tollway was a bit out of the way, but was new and comfortable. ~ David W

I love this practice! Denys and Mikayla greeted us warmly and checked us in right away. They are so sweet, welcoming and helpful! Juan was our nurse, he is so professional, polite and warm. Our appointment started on time, the exam rooms are very clean. Dr. DeFiore was absolutely lovely, so professional, answered all of our questions and we will definitely be seeing her again. Dr. Fiori is outstanding in her observation of cancerous and pre-cancerous skin conditions you can’t ask for a better person to help you with these serious issues. I lived in Hawaii for 34 years got a lot of sun. I’ve had a lot of problems as a result and she’s the sharpest skin doctor I’ve experienced, she diagnosed melanoma early for me and I was able to avoid the serious possible consequences because of early detection. ~ Greg G

Terrific experience with Dr. Fiore…6 stars all day long if available. Brought our 12 year old daughter in for 1) a mole growth on her head (biopsy) and 2) acne on her face. Dr Fiore made our daughter feel extremely comfortable with the biopsy as she was very nervous and talked her through the process. Also great support for the acne even though our priority was the mole growth. Highly recommend this clinic. ~ Brodie A

Brand new facility, nice interior, bright colors. Very good vibe in this location. Dr. Novie was great to talk. She listened to me carefully and answered my questions. She didn't rush through the appointment. I took my 8 yr old for acne issue he has been having for a while. The only thing that should be changed here is the wait time. I had to wait 15 or so before we were called in. Other than that, it was a perfect visit. ~ Brijesh P

I saw Dr. Kim for the first time 2 days ago at Bare . Just like times at her previous clinic, she is professional and friendly.She gave me the most thorough skin cancer exam I have ever had.
